Great Motivator...

Exercise has always been an important part of my life balance. In the past couple of years I have been working out at home. It had gotten to the point where it was boring and more difficult to feel motivated to challenge myself. I started personal training with Wendy and it has brought back the balance, increased my strength and so much more. I have been working with her one on one for six months. She is excellent at planning routines that target your goals and your weak areas. She is personally and professionally one hundred percent committed to a strong and healthy body and mind. Recently my partner and I have also been attending her classes. It is an excellent way to have a fun and rewarding work out, meet new people and spend time together.

Wendy has been working with me as my personal trainer for close to 3 years now. To begin with, I was never into exercising or fitness in general, until I reached a point where I realized I needed to focus on a healthier lifestyle. It was at this point that Wendy started training me. She has helped me transform physically and mentally from an unhealthy individual to someone who enjoys working out. The best part in this has been her constant encouragement and support especially whenever I have been ready to quit. Her workouts are constantly challenging me to get better and keep targeting areas where I can improve. Over the years, I have grown stronger, my muscle tone has improved along with my cardio. Everything about my experience with Wendy, from her studio to her work, has been perfect for my needs. I love that she has a plan for each session and that she keeps records so at the end of session two for the week, the routine is well rounded. I am so glad that I found her. Jennifer

I started attending Wendy’s, MDI Fit classes back in the spring of 2019. Working with the Wendy and my other workout partners I was able to lose 40 lbs in 1 year. I was just a seasonal client but was able to continue my workouts remotely. Wendy provided me with workouts and emotional support. COVID-19 and a physical issue caused me to stop working out. Within 6 months my weight almost got back to before I started working out. Getting back to working with Wendy over the past year my weight is back down and I’m feeling great. Wendy makes every workout fun and challenging (at any level). I would encourage anyone thinking about starting come and check it out!
